Please follow the below steps to access your Mealtime account and check your students balance:

Step One: CLICK ON THE MEALTIME LINK listed below.

Step Two: CREATE MEALTIME ACCOUNT…Click the link “create new account” on Mealtime’s webpage. Fill out all information asked for. You will create a new username and password that you will use to login in the future so make sure to write this information down (username must be at least 6 characters long). Please note that the email and phone number you choose to use will be the email and phone number that Mealtime will contact you on, should there be any problems or questions.

Step Three: LOG IN… Login to your mealtime account using the username and password that you just created in step one.

Step Four: CONTACT IMPROMPTU FOR PASSCODE…Call or email us to get your passcode to use in the next step. (408) 605-1777 or impromptulg@aol.com

Step Five: ADD YOUR STUDENT… Click on the “add new student” link, and add your student by entering their name and a passcode that we have given you.

If you have any questions please contact Mealtime and they can walk you through the steps above. Mealtime’s toll free number is 1 (800) 755-0904. Let them know that you are from St. Mary’s School ask for ONLINE TECH SUPPORT. (Mealtime also has a “help link” on their website.)

Once you have followed the steps above you will have access to your students order history and account balance. Simply login to access all of this information! Please make sure to check your child’s/children’s account balance often as it is your responsibility to keep a positive balance. Once the account balance dips below $10.00 we request that you send in a check for $50.00 or more.
